Lynda is the founder and publisher of House & Home magazine and its French-language counterpart, Maison & Demeure. A former interior designer, Lynda has spent the past 25 years hosting TV shows, writing her own columns and speaking about design and decorating on national TV and radio. House & Home Television with Lynda Reeves airs daily on Global TV and is broadcast in 26 countries. The show's 11th season is online on demand at Houseandhome.com/tv.

Lynda is also the design director of H&H products, including Style Notes, a fun collection of Post-it pads available at Walmart, Staples, Chapters/Indigo, and other stores across Canada. Lynda and her team completed designing and decorating their 4th annual showhouse for the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation sweepstakes. Lynda lives in Toronto, travels frequently and loves to cook, entertain, and garden.

Suzanne Dimma

Interior designer Suzanne Dimma is the editor-in-chief of House & Home magazine and is one of Canada's most recognized home decor experts. She has spearheaded major design and advertising projects for prolific clients including Ikea, HomeSense, Pier 1, The Hudson's Bay Company, Harry Rosen and Eddie Bauer, garnering numerous awards along the way. Recognized as the creative visionary and host of HGTV's popular home makeover show, The Style Dept., she also frequently appears on Cityline and HGTV and has extensive editorial experience directing popular home decor and lifestyle magazines. Her residential work has been recognized through numerous publications, and she has won several awards for art direction and styling. She lives in Toronto with her two beloved cats and husband, Arriz Hassam.

As House & Home's deputy editor, Hilary Smyth oversees all the gorgeous interiors that fill the magazine each month. In her tenure at H&H, she's had an instrumental role in shaping the magazine's style and has produced just about every type of story. She also spearheaded the launch of H&H's French publication, Maison & Demeure. Hilary lives with her husband and two children in a rambling 1910 downtown Toronto home that is constantly evolving and decidedly imperfect, which is just the way she likes it.

Sally Armstrong

Sally Armstrong is a senior design editor who has been with House & Home for more than 10 years. She helps oversee product stories and styles photo shoots of houses, condos, cottages and gardens. In her free time (with three kids, she doesn't have as much time as she used to), she pours over other design magazines in print or online. Her husband, Ted, wishes she would throw out the boxes of magazines in their basement, but she refuses, holding strong to her decorating passion.

Margot Austin joined House & Home in December 2011 as a senior design editor, bringing more than 15 years of styling, editing and writing experience to the team. She styles photo shoots of interiors, cottages and gardens for the pages of H&H. Margot and her husband, Kevin, who owns a home decor shop, are serial decorators who have transformed seven homes in their 12 years of marriage.

As House & Home's senior features editor and editor of the Style Files section, Kimberley Brown covers the news, ideas, people, products and trends shaping the Canadian and international design scene. She's also a documentary film fan and travels to New York often enough to consider it her second home.

Creative services associate and stylist Reiko Caron lives and breathes design. Her graphic and industrial design background makes her a great addition to the H&H team, where styling photo shoots and blogging about the latest trends are part of her daily tasks. She also works on DIY segments of H&H Online TV — offering inspiration for her own downtown apartment.

Senior editor Meg Crossley brings over 10 years design experience to her role at House & Home. She loves overseeing photo shoots of homes, cottages and gardens, in part, because it fulfills her natural snoopiness! (She gets into lots of houses.) Many ideas from these shoots have made it into her own home renovations, including ones she tried out in her own basement project.

Editorial assistant Beth Edwards researches and writes various stories for House & Home's Style Files and Food sections. She and her boyfriend traded the snow in Winnipeg for a dilapidated, albeit charming apartment in Toronto’s Queen West area, where they love playing host to family and friends.

Assistant design editor Kai Ethier, former assistant to editor-in-chief Suzanne Dimma, works on many of H&H's product and research-based stories. (She loves browsing the web for all things design and decorating!) She lives in Toronto’s west end with her husband Andre and their adorable son Louis.

H&H.com's assistant editor Matthew Hague studied architecture at the University of Waterloo, and brings his keen eye for style to the online team. Matthew doesn’t have a place of his own yet, but when he does, it will likely be filled with Finn Juhl furniture and teak accents.

Style editor Sarah Hartill has been with H&H for more than 10 years. Sarah's talents shine when she produces stories like Weekend Decorating, styles photo shoots, scours stores for new products, and predicts up-and-coming trends. Although this busy mom of two boys is continually renovating her own home, she still manages to freelance as a photographer — you’ll notice her shots pop up now and again on the pages of H&H.

Cameron MacNeil is one of House & Home's senior design editors. A trained interior designer, he produces makeover features, answers "Ask A Designer" questions and appears regularly on House & Home Online TV. He loves to travel and is rarely in town during his time off. At home, he loves watching cooking shows and then running to the kitchen to produce his own culinary creations.

Assistant design editor Holly Meighen honed her style skills at Nippising University, George Brown College and the International Academy of Design. Before joining H&H, she worked at Porter Airlines and the Toronto retailer Absolutely Inc. Holly lives with her husband and two dogs in a downtown condo, which she is — of course — in the process of redecorating.

Senior style editor Morgan Michener's passion for home trends and great design dates back to her childhood, when her favourite hobby was rearranging furniture and styling rooms in her parents' house. Morgan studied at the Ontario College of Art and Design before joining the team at House & Home in 2001, where she styles photo shoots, produces stories and searches high and low for interesting and well-designed products. She lives in Toronto with her husband, son, daughter and Murray, the family dog.

House & Home's Art Director found her calling in high school, when she decided her yearbook desperately needed an art director. After studying Visual Arts at Concordia University, Mandy went on to OCAD for Graphic Design. Mandy and her husband are currently renovating their century-old Toronto house by undoing DIYs gone wrong and adding some timeless yet modern features.

Eric Vellend joined House & Home in March 2012 as food editor, bringing more than 18 years experience as a chef, food writer, restaurant reviewer and wine critic. He oversees the magazine’s food section, planning menus, developing recipes and covering all the best cookbooks, appliances, food products and gadgets. Eric and his wife, Monica, recently renovated their kitchen, finally creating enough cupboard space to house his considerable cookware collection.
