If you didn’t get a chance to visit the Princess Margaret Showhome in Oakville, Ont. this past Thanksgiving weekend, it's not too late — the showhome is open every day to the public! Next week House & Home hosts another Style Saturday event, too.

Suzanne Dimma and Trish Johnston will share their timeless decorating tips and tricks inspired by this year’s romantic showhome. Whether you’re readying your home for the holidays or for resale, the tips will all be of use. Registration for the event is closed, but you can still stop by the home to see the rooms in person. (We’ll share some of Suzanne and Trish’s tips in an upcoming blog!) Some of my favourite areas in the home include:

The well-equipped garage. The cabinets and slat wall system from OnWall Solutions looks so sleek, and the tools from Ryobi would be great to tackle home improvement projects.

The super-organized craft centre — perfect for scrapbooking, larger DIY projects (there's a work table in the centre of the room), wrapping gifts and more.

And this writing desk in the great room. I'd love to pen a letter while sitting in that chair.

To see all of these details and those hidden from the camera, visit the showhome in person! Open Monday to Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and noon to 5 p.m. on weekends. Plus, see more photos in our photo gallery.

Order your tickets now for a chance to win this showhome and to help support cancer research!
