Graphic Living Room
Pick up inexpensive art while travelling.
"I buy art wherever I travel, but not in the traditional sense (I won't be lugging an oil painting home in my suitcase!)," explains Toronto designer and blogger Arren Williams. "Instead, I'm always on the lookout for affordable art prints and posters from museums, galleries and stores to remind me of my trips and fill my walls. Since they're not precious, they're easy to roll into a poster tube and carry on the plane or stash in my luggage. Once home, I always keep an eye out for the Michaels' 50-60% off custom framing sales. They happen regularly and are a great way to get a lot of pieces affordably framed at once."
