A dramatic almost-black grey.
"I painted my foyer in Farrow & Ball's Railings (31) last fall, and I absolutely love it," says H&H's senior style editor Morgan Michener. "It's actually a very dark grey but reads black." Try it out in a small entryway (see how it looks in Joel Bray's), or as an accent wall in a dining room.
