Lynda Reeves' Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups Recipe

  • 8 oz. good quality dark chocolate for baking
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (not low fat) (Lynda uses Kraft Philadelphia brand)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1-1/4 tbsp runny honey
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 12 foil muffin liners
