Noguchi Coffee Table

A free-form organic and sculptural design.

"Everything is sculpture" said designer-artist Isamu Noguchi. His famous coffee table design from 1948 is constructed from two asymmetrical, bimorphic-shaped pieces of walnut wood. Balancing delicately on top is a softly curved piece of glass. This functional piece of art is still produced today by Herman Miller.
