Having grown up in Palm Beach, Florida, designer Celerie Kemble is no stranger to colourful interiors. After years of introducing daring colour schemes into her New York clients' homes, she decided to leave her comfort zone and experiment with the unfamiliar territory of simple, neutral decor. In her second book Black & White (2011 Clarkson Potter), Kemble shares designer spaces with restricted colour palettes that inspired her to try her own high-contrast work.
