Punches of bold colour come from the throw pillows, which have luxe designer fabric on the front and modestly priced linen on the back. When Trish needed something to fill the space to the left of the fireplace, she grabbed an old chicken coop from her parents' barn. An inexpensive Ikea coffee table has the lines of a mid-century teak collectible.
