Eric Lanlard, master pâtissier, bakery owner, cookery school teacher and star of British show Baking Mad has earned himself an international reputation for irresistible cakes with an impressive A-list following. After training in France, Eric moved to London where he ran a patisserie business for Albert and Michel Roux. Five years later, he was running his own bakery in London and has just come out with his first book, Cake Boy (2011 Mitchell Beazley).
