Cutting out gluten doesn't mean sacrificing taste. Elisabeth Hasselbeck, author of The G-Free Diet and the co-host of ABC's The View, has published her second book of satisfying gluten-free food, Deliciously G-Free (2012 Ballantine Books). A decade ago, the Emmy Award-winning TV star and mother of three was diagnosed with celiac disease, and her favourite recipes suddenly became strictly off-limits. Her new book is full of easy, family-friendly dishes that are zero-gluten versions of classic favourites. Try her vegetarian pad Thai (pictured above) or sweet and sour chicken.
