Savour five diverse dishes from the chef and TV host.
Travel around the world — in a culinary sense, at least — with recipes from British chef Gordon Ramsay's newest cookbook, Gordon Ramsay's World Kitchen (2010 Key Porter). The Food Network host, restaurant owner and award-winning author decided to branch out globally for this book. It features mouth-watering photography and dishes from China, Italy, Thailand, the U.S. and, of course, England. Because the book is organized by region, you can easily plan ethnic dinner parties with several dishes from the same country. Or mix things up — try a fresh Middle Eastern salad, a rich Italian pasta and a traditional Greek walnut cake.
