Berry Sorbet Recipe

House Home Photo Dessert Berry Sorbet Recipe

A light summer dessert.

Yield: 
4 servings
Ingredients: 

4 cups fresh berries of your choice
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 cup frozen pineapple-orange-banana or citrus juice concentrate
Fresh mint (for garnish)

Instructions: 

Step 1: Freeze berries by placing them on a baking sheet in a single layer and putting them in the freezer.

Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the frozen berries, water and frozen concentrate. Place half of the mixture in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Repeat with remaining mixture and serve immediately. Garnish with mint sprigs.
