
Cashew nut butter makes a rich and creamy alternative to peanut butter.
4 slices mulit-grain bread
8 tbsp cashew butter
6 medjool dates, pitted and chopped
2 tbsp honey
1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
Step 1: Lightly toast bread slices. Spread 2 tbsp cashew butter on each slice of bread. Sprinkle chopped dates over cashew butter and drizzle with honey.
Step 2: Divide banana pieces equally between two of the bread slices. Place bread slices without banana over slices with. Cut diagonally in half and serve.
