A cooled cocktail for Christmas or New Year's Eve.
4 cups extra-strength brewed coffee, cooled
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 cup brandy
1/5 bottle champagne, chilled
Step 1: Combine the coffee, sugar and brandy in a large pitcher and chill.
Step 2: Pour the champagne in a punch bowl and add the chilled coffee mixture. Mix gently.
Step 3: To serve, ladle into champagne flutes or punch cups.
