Hints of lichee, cranberry and vanilla make this savoury summer cocktail a refreshing alternative to same-old martinis. This one, developed by mixologists at the Hotel InterContinental Toronto Yorkville, is named for Ernestine's Women's Shelter, which helps women and children escape violent situations.
