
Guests will love this creamy spread.
3/4 cup chopped pecans
4 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves minced
300 g goat cheese log (the white creamy type with no rind)
Step 1: Remove the leaves from the thyme sprigs and mince. Place thyme and pecans in a small bowl and stir to combine.
Step 2: Spread thyme and pecan mixture on a sheet of waxed paper. Roll the goat cheese log in the nut mixture, pressing nuts and herbs into the surface of the cheese. Serve with thin slices of fresh or toasted baguette.
Makes 6 to 8 servings
