This easy yet rich dessert is sure to impress your guests this holiday season.
6 fresh peaches, pitted and halved
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup Kittling Ridge Icewine & Brandy
1 cup water
Step 1: In a sauce pan combine water, sugar and ice wine.
Step 2: Simmer over low heat and until the sugar has dissolved, and cook for 3 more minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 3: Place peaches in a small glass bowl and pour the over with Icewine & Brandy syrup over peaches. Refrigerate to allow flavours to mix.
