Make the most of fresh summer radishes by eating them with a bit of salt and butter.

Yield: 
6 servings
Ingredients: 

1 bunch radishes, trimmed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
3 tbsp coarse or large-crystal sea salt

Instructions: 

Step 1: Place ingredients in three serving dishes. To eat, dip a radish in butter, then in salt.
