Watercress adds a spicy kick to any beverage.

Yield: 
1 serving
Ingredients: 

4 cups watercress, leaves and stems
2 stalks celery
2 apples, cored
1 grapefruit, peeled

Instructions: 

Step 1: Juice all the ingredients and serve chilled in a tall glass with a garnish of lemon if you like.
