boy after dealing with leons....im still amazed at the service we have recieved at sears...we went in to reselect another sofa as they said the fabric on the one we so loved...is a bad batch. They gave us a super deal, as we figured for the money we paid for the first one, we would not be able to get something that nice again....and we told him we are not able to put out any extra, so we figured we would be leaving with just a sofa. Anyway, of course the one i like is the same one that is going back only now it is out in a different color as they always make changes....the only difference is, this is what they call the apartment size, i believe 5 inches shorter (which is fine in my smalll living room) and instead of three small cushions it has two large ones and i like that look as well, other than that its identical and we got the exact same chair but just different pattern as they had decided to pair it up with that sofa after seeing how much everyone liked it....it was on sale, but was still going to cost us too much more, but the salesman talked to the manager and came back out a few minutes later and said if we could swing an extra 200 dollars including tax, they would be willing to give us the sofa and the chair to us...of course it didnt take me long to jump at that lol and i do realize that they likely are still not losing as furniture normally has a huge mark up. You likely ask why would i buy the same one after having this problem...well they did reasure us that they believe was a bad section of fabric off the bolt as they have sold many in this same fabric and not a problem....he was very confident in selling me another one, when he could have sold me a different one from the store and i did say....well if i have the same troubles again, will you people frown on us and they said abosolutely not...so we will see and keeping my fingers crossed that this is the end of my sofa dilemma, it comes friday and i will post pics,

it had better be the last sofa, for many years to come or hubby says we are sitting on camping chairs lol.....and as pauld said, i could earn a second star just from my sofas lol

Well janet, being nice to people really pays off. I have never had a problem with Sears and I am so happy you got one you also like as much. (maybe better lol) :)
