Hello Bay of Fundy Girl,
The hardware in that kitchen isn't listed in our source guide for that issue, which usually means the homeowner (in this case, Claire Stubbs) never supplied us with that information. Maybe she forgot where she purchased them, or maybe they're vintage or reclaimed.
