Cats!!

So, I've spent the last 4 weeks totally gutting my weeded yard and creating a lovely garden with lots of advice from this site (thanks! I'll send a picture when it's done). However, my neighbor's cats love to pee and poo in my garden. Are there any plants etc. to encourage the cats to fertilize their own yards (which are 99% cement).

i think you will have to put out cat repellant. that is what i had to do because a tom cat was spraying by my front porch and the smell was horrendous!

you can buy repellants at the hardward store - in the pests section, or at a pet store.
