OK

I hope you have fun but be sure to talk to the hostess or host about what people usually bring, how much and how elaborate you need to be etc. etc.
I have been to two of these in my life and each time was a disaster....not to discourage you.... yours will probably be great.
Anyway, first time I showed up and a few people had decided that they would just divide everything up and make plates for people with a mix of all the squares and cookies. Sounds great but I am one of those people that hates mixing things on a plate...I know, I know. I find it so gross when I am stuck at one of those buffets and I see everybody piling their food, one item on top of the other. :hurl:
Next event, I arrived and used my first experience as my reference and the cookie assortment was over the top elaborate and I felt like sneaking out the back door with my chocolate balls.
Of course.... ;) I am not a baker....a cook... but not a baker.
I hope the link works. I thought that it was great to have all the recipes in one place.
