On one of the recent H&H Christmas shows, Jennifer Low had a recipe for tarts in which she made the shells from frozen pie shells mixed with grated cheese. The shells looks easy, but I don't have the recipe for the filling. It had cranberries and other ingredients in it. I thought that it was in the Christmas Holiday edition, but I can't find it. Does anyone have the recipe? They looked great.

These were excellent. We trouble finding the onions - after checking several specialty type stores in Toronto, we finally found something that looked ok, but they probably weren't right. They tasted fine though. (Right after we found cipollini onions in Loblaws - if I had found them first, I would just have roasted them myself and not bothered looking for prepared ones.) They were a hit over the holiday though - several people want the recipe.
Thanks so much - it really looks good.
