just gone and bought another old house :eek: , and I thought I was all done with reno-vating! Not only that, but it is in Chatham (4 hours from where we are now), but we can get the business located in the premises as well. That will save us a bundle, because the rent for the reatail store (which we closed in December) was killing us.
I guess I'll be around a bit more often now than I have been in the past year or so.:biglol:

It seems to me it doesn't matter what age the house is when you buy it.......there are always things you want to do. Good luck with your big new project, I look forward to seeing pictures.
