It was so wonderful to see the article in the October 2006 issue discussing the benefits of home staging!
However, there is a common misconception that home staging is only for elite condos, high-end homes or homes that have been on the market too long. In reality, any home going on the market would benefit from a home staging consultation.
A home that has been properly prepared for sale, will make an impact on buyers and buyer's agents. This then often leads to a faster and more profitable sale. This is why it is always best to stage it, then list it.
As the article points out, it isn't necessarily an expensive task with fees ranging from $200 - $800 depending on the company.
There are many home stagers located throughout Canada. For more information contact me privately.
Toronto, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, and Courtice
This room was boring and plain in the "Before" picture, but in the "After" picture it has a much warmer and inviting feel. The best part - these changes cost $60 and took only one day.
