edit - i mean the artichoke dip.
bumped up for you.
I just had an appetizer birthday party where a group of us got together and we each made a different appetizer. They were all delicious!!
This one was the easiest to make -- all you need is Brie cheese and a roll or two of Jumbo Pillsbury crescent roll dough. Just cut the dough into sqaures and wrap each dough square around a piece of Brie cheese. Bake them in the oven according to the directions on the package.
I use both oil packed or dried, but you need to rehydtrate the dried
Does it matter ???..... oil or water-packed??
are the sundried tomatoes packed in oil, water or just dried?? If just dried do they need to be rehydrated???
This is really easy, fast a people like it. I am also a big fan of the appetizers at Costco:
Brie with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 1 min.
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbs. olive oil
1 small wheel Brie cheese
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Cut brie wheel horizontally in half to make 2 circles. Spread sun-dried tomato mixture over cut side of cheese. Press two cheese halves together again. Heat brie wheel on high in microwave 1 minute or until cheese is soft. Serve with crackers.
This recipe serves 8 people. Due to the nature of this recipe, it adjusts the number of servings in multiples of 8 only.
