I have no expertise when it comes to hot sauce because I can't take heat. But now that I'm experimenting with a few Mexican recipes, which I prepare mild, I wondered if anyone could recommend a favorite Mexican hot sauce.
I currently only buy 2 hot sauces for DH and DD who like to spice things up: Tabasco and Frank's Hot Sauce, which they like a lot. But it seems time to try another one for the Mexican dishes. I've heard of Pico Pica, Tapatio and Cholula.
