I was at London Drugs last night, and I found some garden clogs called Sloggers that I really like. In the last 3 years I've been doing a lot of messy digging with large projects, but the plain old black rubber boots that I have, although practical for the big jobs, don't cut it for light spring/summer/fall chores. Usually I end up ruining summer footwear.
The Slogger Clogs I bought have a removeable insole and a bit of a tread. I like the convenience of the slip-on design, and they are quite comfortable. They were on sale, $14.99. There is a website, www.sloggers.com if you want to take a look, but they are higher-priced there. The ones I got are called Women's Premium Clogs, which come in what they call "softer designer colours". I really liked the Straw (soft yellow) colour, but I ended up getting the Sage Green. I didn't see any of the really bright colours at LD.
I think they were a really good buy, so I thought I'd share.

I have wrecked a few pairs of shoes too. I will check London Drugs today.
