I have a cathedral style living room/ dining room in my home and I am currently in the process of getting artwork for my dining room. I have decided to go with six prints of vintage war of the worlds illustrations. I am in the process of picking the mat and frame style that I want to use in the space. The options I have narrowed it down to are:
- double thick white mat with thin mat-black metal frame
- double thick white mat with thin chrome metal frame
- double mat - one dark grey and one white with the thin mat-black metal frame.
I have attached a few pictures showing the space, one of the prints and my frame/mat options! Please note, my paint colour is Benjamin Moore - Manchester Tan and as you can see in the pictures I have a lot of black accents through the space and there is some chrome in the chandelier and the sconces. Should I go with the chrome or the black...please let me know your opinion as I would like to make the right decision!
Thanks for your help
