Not quite the ones seen in the Jonathan Adler photo, but BonaVista carries some outdoor hanging chairs from Outback Company. This site here, Fran's Wicker and Rattan Furniture, only seems to ship to the U.S., but carries hanging basket chairs, too. Tonic Home carries white and natural finish versions that can be shipped to Canada, too.
