Help Me Choose A Rug For My Living Room!

steveshapiro's picture

Hey everyone! I'm updating my new condo's living room and the last thing for the living room is a stylish decor rug. I'm narrowed my results down to 3 rugs so far, but I'm open to your ideas as well. I've done a decent job so far I think but it's pretty typical for a modern all honesty. This is what she looks like now;ImageImageI'm moving the couch back a little and moving the table to the end..I'm barely using it. So I really love me a merino sheepskin rug, and my parents got one of these in their home They have a quad, but I'm more so thinking of a sexto sized rug if I have the space. The second one is a little more expensive but I just love the design I'm not sure about the colors without seeing it though...And lastly, on the cheaper end of things there's this one from amazon Thoughts?!

Hi, Steve: What a spacious condo! The sheepskin is definitely very plush looking. Are you wanting to add more colour to your space? I can't see that second rug on the website you linked, but is it the same one seen here? I kind-of like the Amazon one the most of the three...

Michael Penney is always raving about Dash & Albert rugs — they have so many options. Have you checked them out? West Elm also has some really nice rugs right now, too.

What does everyone else think?

Hey,I'd go with something closer to your wall color for the rug and bring white into your pillows. Then you would have a more unified look to your condo. The white rug would be to cold in my opinion. Good luck
