My husband and I are hosting a housewarming BBQ on Saturday (fingers crossed for nice weather!) and I'm trying to plan the beverages. We are having about 70 people drop by from 4 pm into the wee hours and we plan on offering beer, wine and lemonade as beverages. (Food will consist of appetizers, burgers, and cake/squares for dessert.)
Do you have any suggestions as to how many cases of beer and bottles of wine we should have on hand? I would imagine that some people will bring wine as a gift, but I want to be appropriately prepared.
