Thanks for posting that, Smoogie, that's exactly where you can access all of those settings. I had to say that I love your new avatar, btw -it just brightens up the page!
That was bugging me too, so I just went to my profile to take a look at the settings. Go to your profile, and then select the Edit tab. Scroll down till you see Messages & Notifications (or something like that). There's a little checkbox beside the option to subscribe to posts you reply to. Clear the checkbox, and that should stop the e-mails from coming.
