I used to have an awesome lemon chicken recipe, but it's been years since I last made it and I have no idea where the recipe is now. Cooking the chicken is easy enough, but it's the lemon sauce that I need help with!!
From what I remember, the sauce ingredients are lemon juice, chicken broth, brown sugar and/or honey, salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
If anyone has a lemon sauce recipe with these or similar ingredients, can you please post it or let me know where to find it.

rbocska, the recipe is great!! I modified it slightly, based on how I remember making the sauce I used to make. Also, I pan-fried the chicken instead of deep frying it. It got a vote of approval from my hubby :)
