Well here it is in a nutshell. You must remember that I don't measure anything, it's all by "look"
1 tub of all natural yogurt
5-6 cloves of crushed garlic
one half or less shredded cucumber
1 tablespoon olive oil
pinch of salt and pepper
strain yogurt in tea towel for about 3-4 hrs.
place in a bowl
add your ingrediants
stir and refrigerate for a couple of hrs before serving
That's it hope it works out

Just shred enough cucumber in there to make it's not too runny or dry. Your eye will tell you how much.
