My husband 'cleaned' off the kitchen counter and mistakenly threw out some recipes I had clipped from the magazine. I can't remember which month it was, but it was from 2011. If anyone has the recipe (I can't find it with the recipe finder) for the Raisin Soda Bread, I'd appreciate it if you could share it with me. I was really looking forward to making this today.

The recipe for No-Knead Raisin Soda Bread appeared in our May 2011 issue. Unfortunately, not all recipes from the magazine are put up on our website, only select ones here and there. Otherwise, subscribers would wonder why they're subscribing - does that make sense? The Raisin Soda Bread recipe was never put up online.
