He HATED peanut butter, I bought the natural one, and he will not eat it, but somehow, feeding him constantly, he has gained six pounds! Thanks for all the suggestions.
I will try all of these...

We give our toddlers everything with full fat. Homo milk which is 3.25% full fat yogurt. Peanut butter. I also encourage them to continually ea during the dat. I have found that when I try to give them a large meal for lunch or dinner they aren't as happy as when they continually munch throughout the day.
the help was great, my hubby and I eat low fat and did not have any of this stuff in the house...I have purchased peanut butter and egg nogg and have also bought that 10percent fat mediterrian yoghurt, and some avocados. He weighs 29 pounds will let you all know how he does!

banana egg nogs, cheese crakers, p. butter, avocado dip.
We only use natural peanut butter now in our house. We buy ours at the grocery store. There are usually a couple of brands to choose from now. It has to be refridgerated after opening and not stored in the cupboard. Our little one didn't like the taste at first compared to the regular peanut butter but after a week or so she didn't remember the difference. :)
Other thoughts might be eggnog(lots of protein and fat), pasta, salads like potatoe and pasta, cheeses, and homemade milkshakes of vanilla ice cream and frozen fruit.
Hope those help. :)

I'm a "no recipe cook"..... When my kids were small I would simply "blend" fresh roasted, unsalted peanuts and add a little oil and salt to taste.
I bet there are lots of good "natural" cookbooks to be found at Chapters to fit your needs.
any recipes to make a natural one a success/
