is available in just about any "hardware" store or paint store. i know for sure it comes in a spray can.
BBQ's which can be applied with a spray can. I have seen it in a flat finish or gloss. We did ours about 3 years ago and still looks like new. Good stuff. I think Home Depot would have it.
