I have just completed making a birthday cake for Dh. I tried a recipe from [url]www.epicurious.com[/url], the Fresh Coconut Cake.
I just wanted to rave about how perfect the frosting came out and so easy! I won't be buying the tub stuff again! yum yum, I'm off to lick the spoon! :D

freeze them in 2's for future use in a covered ice cube tray or similar type container.
We devoured the cake last night, it was delish! Light, fluffy and moist. I will definitely make this again.
Now what to do with 8 egg yolks in my fridge!? A high cardio-arrest omelette? :D
This sounds so easy and yummy I hae a basic white cake that I make that is similar so I will use it and try the coconut icing. :)
