Hello all,
Just wondering if anyone has a simple recipe for primavera sauce? I love the creamy ones. Bear in mind that all I have in the house is milk, butter, olive oil, garlic, carrots and onions. Oh...and parmesan cheese. (Its grocery day tomorrow) Will that do??

You could add a little white wine maybe?

ok here is the sauce its pretty easy,
Take equal parts of flour and butter, met the better over med heat, then add in the flour and stir for a about a min, you can add garlic at this point if you want, then slowly start to add a bif of milk at a time, and wisk in. Once you have added enough milk to get it to the consistance you want, add parm cheess... thats it.. like i said pretty easy.
Oh ya...I got flour too..LOL
Do you have any flour in the house, if so I can give you a great sauce to make!
