Asparagus - Great with Anything!
Clean asparagus and snap off ends.
In the meantime, boil water on the stove top. Place asparagus in boiling water for FOUR MINUTES ONLY.
Drain and run cold water over top.
Place cooked asparagus in a glass dish.
Top with approximately 2 TBSP of Zesty Italian Dressing for every 16 spears.
Place in the refridgerator for at least an hour.
Serve as a side dish with anything. Or eat alone as a salad. Great to take to picnics. This tastes better cold, but room temp is okay as well.
