My husband just finished the window for our garden house, he designed it himself and used leftover glass he had from previous projects. It took many hours of work, cutting the glass was sometimes frustrating but the worst was, when he accidentally dropped the hammer on his "work in progress", well he started over and it's now finished and we are happy.

I love the stained glass-it's just georgeous. It's extra special because he made it! (wow!)
for your comments. We're spending quite a bit of time out there now, it's so quiet and for us almost like a get-away.The windows looks always different depending what kind of light you get.

that is beautiful
[B]for your generous compliments, he insists anybody can do this but I happen to disagree, he is just a really multi-talented, hands on guy.

What a great job, and I think he is just being modest because I took a stain glass class a few years ago, and it was the worst thing I ever did. The glass kept breaking and it was a nightmare. While I was looking for a relaxing hobby, for me stain glass was not it. I remember even crying when trying to cut a piece of glass for the 100th time! My hat off to your DH, he is really talented and your summer house looks great!
