Happy New Year! It's been a while since I've visited the forum-was unable to log on and can't seem to do so under old name (Lisa at Home)
Might not be in the right section for this, but have a question re: appliances...
We have to make a decision on a new washer/dryer this week as our dryer just died.
Looking at front-load models and a few options incl. Kenmore (Elite) or Samsung or LG. Have heard of lots of issues though and concerns with smells (??) on some front-load models.
Does anyone have recommendations on models they're really happy with...or those to stay away from? Went to Sears today and came home and read some reviews on-line. Pretty confused and was hoping to make a decision tomorrow. Our existing squealing dryer has to go now!
