Simple Wall Art
Use inexpensive ceiling medallions as art.
"I love the way a cluster of store-bought medallions injects a plain-Jane wall with so much texture and old world detail," says H&H editor-in-chief Suzanne Dimma. Made of light fibreglass, the ceiling medallions (available at your local hardware store) can be hung using picture-hanging strips. Paint a mix of styles in graduating shades of the same colour for an effect like this.
