Charming Eat-In Kitchen

Delicate gilt-edged chairs balance geometric patterns in the tile floor, chandelier and modern art.

"This was the existing kitchen inside this little apartment," says Kelly Wearstler, celebrity designer and author of the book, Hue. "I put glass-door fronts on the upper cabinets and put mirror at the back of them to highlight the china. That’s the existing tile floor, too. To warm up the space, I added the window treatment, the oversized light fixture and blue fabric."
