What's hot for 2011?
The Toronto designer and host of Divine Design and W Network's Candice Tells All predicts that natural materials with organic textures and finishes will become even more popular — think wallpaper, upholstery and drapery in nature-inspired patterns and neutral colours. She recently found this family-friendly dining table, made from reclaimed pine, at Kimberley Jackson, for instance. She then carried the nature theme over to the wall with a dark and dramatic cork-pattern wallpaper. In another room, she used cork-pattern wallpaper to add interest and texture around a fireplace.
