Dramatic Los Angeles Dining Room

Bright blue tufted chairs exude glamour.

This 1930s Spanish colonial home, designed by Kishani Perera, reflects the global, cosmopolitan style of its owner — a hairstylist who manages the coifs of Hollywood A-listers. A little global, a little glam and a lot Zen, the dining room combines deep charcoal grey walls, vivid sapphire blue chairs and a modern painting. The faux-antler chandelier helps lighten the walls of the room.
