A hand-painted wall mural brings the outdoors in.
Dianne MacEwen was a runner-up in our 2009 Design Contest. She wanted to update her eight-year-old granddaughter's bedroom with age-appropriate colours. The vivid leaf pattern on the cushion and curtain fabric inspired the natural palette and theme. Then her daughter, Heather MacEwen Bylsma, designed and painted the tree mural that became the focal point of the space.
