Indoor-Outdoor Living Room

An industrial garage door brings the outdoors in.

This gorgeous live/work home used to be an old workshop in Montreal's Plateau area. Architect Natalie Dionne bought the bare-bones studio and transformed it into her dream home with partner Martin Laneuville. The garage door with windows provides loads of natural light in the winter, and opens to create a patio-like space in the warmer months.
